Nearby, you can also stroll through Fernland Historical Park (which showcases historic log homes and exhibits), as well as Cedar Brake Park.
Minutes from Montgomery, locals can also enjoy Lake Conroe. Here, you can go for a swim, take the boat out on the water, or practice your favorite water sport. The area around Lake Conroe also features several country clubs, yacht clubs, marinas, and campgrounds.
