As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Tracy Halverson is dedicated to assisting families who have inherited properties they need or wish to sell in order to finalize the probate process.
When you and your family are ready, Tracy and her team will work side by side with you through the entire process and will handle every aspect from the preparation and marketing to the execution and successful sale of the home. We are proud to provide the following complimentary services:
- Obtaining valuations and appraisals on antiques, family heirlooms, and all personal property.
- Prepare, price and execute two consecutive weekend estate sales (Friday beginning at noon through Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm as per HOA rules and regulations) while overseeing the removal and donation of all remaining personal property.
- Arrange for deep cleaning, contractor and/or handyman services prior to the home going on the market or you could elect to by-pass this step and simply sell the home as-is.
- Expert marketing of the home including professional virtual staging, high-end photography (including drone aerials) full color brochures, flyers, boosted/paid social media postings and regular open houses until the home goes under contract.
- Once the home is under contract, we will meet inspectors, appraisers, etc. on your behalf (if you are out of town, out of state or unable to be present).
